Large Party Reservation Policy

We look forward to welcoming your group to Warehouse No. 1. To help us provide the best experience possible, please review the following policies for parties of 10 or more.

Reservations & Deposits

  • Parties of 10 or more require a $30 per person deposit to secure the reservation.

  • Reservations are not confirmed until the required deposit has been received.

  • Large-party reservations are scheduled for a two-hour dining period.

  • Final guest counts may be adjusted up to 24 hours prior to the reservation, subject to availability.

  • When possible, we encourage the host to visit the restaurant in person to view the available space, review our large-party terms, and submit the deposit.

Friday & Saturday Reservation Times

Friday: 5:00 PM or 7:30 PM
Saturday: 4:00 PM or 6:30 PM

Private Deck Reservations

Inside Deck

  • Parties of more than 25 guests require reservation of the entire Inside Deck.

  • $1,500 deposit

  • $3,000 food & beverage minimum

Outside Deck

  • Parties of more than 40 guests require reservation of the entire Outside Deck.

  • $2,500 deposit

  • $6,000 food & beverage minimum

Groups below these thresholds may reserve available space for a two-hour dining period with the standard $30 per person deposit.

Arrival & Seating

  • Complete parties are required before seating. Incomplete parties will not be seated.

  • Please have your entire party present within 15 minutes of the reservation time.

  • After 15 minutes, the reservation may be forfeited and the space released to guests on our waitlist.

Additional Large-Party Policies

Large-party reservations are subject to additional terms regarding:

  • Gratuity

  • Reservation time limits

  • Decorations

  • Dress code and appropriate footwear

  • Alcohol policies

  • Cake fees

  • Corkage fees

  • No balloons

  • No sparkler candles

A manager will review the applicable terms with the host prior to finalizing the reservation, and a signed agreement may be required.
